ARRIVAL & INTRODUCTION
Meet at Saddlebrook East Community Park in Bowie, MD. Check in with your instructor, Travone Sukie, and get introduced to the day’s agenda.
CLASSROOM SESSION
Learn the fundamentals of drone operation and photography including FAA rules, flight safety, camera settings, exposure, lighting, and shot composition.
LIVE DEMONSTRATION
Travone will demonstrate proper setup, flight control, and aerial photography techniques using the DJI drone platform. You’ll watch real-time footage via a portable display.
STUDENT HANDS-ON PRACTICE
Now it’s your turn! Under close guidance, you’ll get to fly and shoot using drones provided—or your own, if pre-approved.
WRAP-UP & RECOMMENDATIONS
End the session with a group Q&A, flight recap, and personalized gear and learning recommendations from your instructor.
