ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Arrive 15–20 minutes early at the designated check-in area. Friendly staff will greet you, confirm your booking, and provide an overview of the day’s activities.
MEET THE ANIMALS
Your guide will lead you through introductions to a variety of fascinating animals, including kangaroos, lemurs, owls, arctic foxes, and more. Learn about their care, behaviors, and unique personalities in a fun, interactive environment.
FLOAT WITH THE CAPYBARAS
Head to the lazy river for the highlight of your visit — floating alongside the playful capybaras. Your guide will explain safety guidelines and how best to interact with these gentle animals in the water.
PHOTO TIME & WRAP-UP
Capture memorable photos during your capybara float and final animal visits. Your guide will answer any last questions and share more fun facts before you conclude your experience.
