Arrival & Check-In
Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early to check in, sign waivers, and prepare for the adventure ahead. Staff will provide a quick overview of the experience and answer any questions.

Meet the Animals
Begin your adventure with an introduction to some amazing species. Depending on the day, you might meet sloths, armadillos, foxes, capybaras, hornbills, and lemurs. Your guide will share fun and educational facts about each animal during your visit.

Swim with the Otters
The highlight of your experience — a playful swim session with the otters! You’ll spend between 35 minutes to an hour in the water with them. Your guide will explain how to safely interact and enjoy the time with these energetic creatures.

Wrap-Up & Photos
Enjoy a few final moments with the animals and take plenty of photos to remember the day. Your guide will answer any final questions before your visit concludes.

  • Camera: Waterproof or protected against splashes
  • Shoes: Comfortable, outdoor-friendly footwear
  • Weather Gear: Check the forecast and dress accordingly
  • Towel & Change of Clothes: For after your swim
  • Swimwear: A secure swimsuit is recommended — otters love to play!

Age & Participation

  • Minimum age is 16 years old
  • Ages 16–17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
  • Photo ID required for all guests
  • All guests must sign a waiver before attending

Health & Safety

  • No pets or service animals allowed on site
  • Notify staff in advance of any health concerns or accessibility needs
  • Recently ill or injured guests may be asked to reschedule

Weather Policy

  • Extreme weather may require rescheduling — staff will contact you if necessary

Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days notice: eligible for refund or reschedule
  • Less than 30 days: non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
  • Only one reschedule is allowed per calendar year
  • Reservations can be transferred to another adult (18+) at any time
