Guests typically meet 30–60 minutes before the scheduled flight time. Exact meeting details will be shared prior to your flight date, depending on sunrise or sunset timing. Early morning and late afternoon flights are offered, subject to weather conditions.

Flight Duration
Flight time typically ranges from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on wind and landing conditions. The entire experience, including setup, inflation, flight, pack-up, and post-flight celebration, lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.

What to Wear
Closed-toe shoes are required—preferably sturdy athletic or hiking shoes. Avoid sandals or heels. Dress in layers appropriate for outdoor activity, as weather may shift throughout the morning or evening. Conditions in the balloon are similar to those on the ground and may feel warmer while in flight.

What to Bring
Bring a camera or phone to capture your journey. Light, compact personal items are best, as storage space in the balloon basket is limited. We recommend leaving valuables in your vehicle or at home.
