Under Chef Ricky’s expert guidance, you’ll create seven sushi varieties from scratch, using high-quality ingredients and traditional methods. You’ll also explore inventive takes like a shrimp sushi burrito finished with sweet soy glaze and a dessert sushi temari—a whimsical bite of fresh fruit and cream cheese.

By the end of this session, you’ll have the knowledge and skill to craft beautiful, balanced sushi rolls with confidence and finesse.
