Overview

Step into a cozy kitchen and learn the art of sushi from scratch in this interactive, chef-led class. You’ll start with the foundations—seasoning rice, handling nori, and crafting a spicy tuna roll—before moving on to create your own custom maki with fresh, colorful ingredients. Every slice, roll, and tuck is guided with care, turning a simple dish into something you’ll take pride in.

But sushi isn’t the only star here. You’ll also whisk together a light batter and fry up crispy vegetable tempura, served with a dipping sauce that’s savory, balanced, and just a little addictive. Between bites, you’ll sip on a refreshing yuzu and mint soda, designed to cleanse your palate and keep your creativity flowing.

This class is perfect for couples searching for a flavor-filled evening, friends ready to roll something new, and food lovers eager to turn their sushi obsession into real-life skill. Whether you're a curious beginner or a home cook looking to expand your repertoire, you’ll leave with newfound confidence, a few culinary tricks up your sleeve, and plenty of bites to brag about.
