Participation Guidelines

Who Can Take Part?

Age: Open to participants of all ages.
Height: Participants must be between 5’1” and 6’5” tall.
Weight Limits:
- Individual limit: 240 lbs per person
- If flying with a friend, combined weight must not exceed 370 lbs
Physical Ability: Participants must be able to enter and exit the aircraft without assistance.

Additional Notes:

Children: Participants must meet the minimum height requirement of 5’1”.
Pets: Not allowed during the experience.
Accessibility: The aircraft is not wheelchair accessible.

Experience Overview

What Happens on the Day?

Total Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours, including ground instruction and flight time.
Flight Lesson Includes: Pre-flight briefing, hands-on flight experience, and post-flight debriefing.
Who’s Onboard: Only the participant and the FAA-certified instructor will be in the aircraft.
Spectators: Friends and family are welcome to watch from a designated viewing area.
Photos/Videos: Participants may bring a camera to capture their experience.

Weather: This experience depends on safe flying conditions. If the weather isn’t suitable, your flight will be rescheduled.
Arrival Time: Please arrive at your scheduled time.
Location/Parking: Parking is available at Boise Airport.
What to Wear: Dress comfortably and wear closed-toe shoes. Sunglasses are recommended.
What to Bring: Photo ID, camera, and sunglasses.
Gratuity: Tips for your instructor are not included but appreciated.
Restrooms: Facilities are available at the check-in location.
