Who Can Take Part?

Age: Open to all ages
Height: Participants must be between 5’1” and 6’5”
Weight:
- Individual: Max 240 lbs per person
- Dual passengers (pilot + guest): Combined max 370 lbs
Physical Ability: Must be able to enter and exit the aircraft unaided and actively participate in the flight

Additional Notes

Children: Welcome if they meet the height requirement
Pets: Not permitted in the aircraft
Accessibility: The Aircraft is not wheelchair accessible

Experience Overview

What Happens on the Day?
Your experience will last about 1.5 hours from arrival to departure.
It begins with a ground briefing covering aircraft operation, safety, and what to expect. Then, you’ll board the aircraft, perform a pre-flight check, taxi, and take off. You’ll be at the controls for most of the flight, with your instructor guiding you from start to finish.

Friends or family can watch from the designated viewing area, and you’re welcome to bring a camera to capture the moment.

Weather: Flights are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe, your flight will be rescheduled at no extra charge
Arrival Time: Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time
Parking: Free parking is available on-site
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are required. Sunglasses recommended
What to Bring:
- A valid photo ID
- A camera
- A pilot logbook (optional — available for purchase on-site)
