Soar over Livermore and the stunning Bay Area as you discover the freedom of flight.

After landing, your instructor will review the flight, answer any questions, and discuss the next steps if you’re interested in continuing your flight training. Participation Guidelines

Who Can Take Part?

Age: Open to participants of all ages.
Height: Must be between 5’0” and 6’5” tall.
Weight Limits:
- Individual weight limit: 250 lbs
- For shared flights, the combined weight cannot exceed 400 lbs
Physical Ability: Participants must be able to enter and exit the aircraft unassisted.

Additional Notes:

Children: Participants under 18 must have parental consent.
Pets: No pets allowed inside the aircraft.
Accessibility: This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Experience Overview

What Happens on the Day?

Total Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours, including ground instruction and flight time.
Flight Lesson Includes: Pre-flight briefing, hands-on flight experience, and post-flight debriefing.
Who’s Onboard: Only participants and the instructor will be in the plane.
Spectators: Friends and family can watch from designated viewing areas.
Photos/Videos: You are welcome to bring a camera to document your experience.

Weather: Flights depend on safe flying conditions. If necessary, your flight will be rescheduled.
Arrival Time: Please arrive at your scheduled time.
Location/Parking: Parking is available at Livermore Municipal Airport.
What to Wear: Dress comfortably with closed-toe shoes. Sunglasses are recommended.
What to Bring: A valid photo ID, sunglasses, and a camera.
Gratuity: Tips for your instructor are not included but appreciated.
Restrooms: Facilities are available at the check-in location.
