Participation Guidelines

Who Can Take Part?

Age: Open to all ages
Height: Participants must be between 5’1” and 6’5” tall
Weight Limits:
- Individual limit: 240 lbs per person
- Flying with a friend? Combined weight cannot exceed 400 lbs if bringing up to two passengers
Physical Ability: Participants must be able to enter and exit the aircraft without assistance

Additional Notes

Children: Kids are welcome as long as they meet the minimum height requirement of 5’1”
Pets: Not allowed during the experience
Accessibility: The aircraft is not wheelchair accessible

Experience Overview
What Happens on the Day?

Total Duration: Approximately 1 hour, including pre-flight briefing and flight time
Flight Lesson Includes: 30-minute flight with hands-on controls and expert guidance
Who’s Onboard: The participant and the FAA-certified flight instructor (up to 2 passengers allowed within weight limit)
Spectators: Friends and family are welcome to watch from the designated viewing area
Photos/Videos: Bring a camera to capture your experience

What to Wear: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are required. Sunglasses are recommended
What to Bring: Photo ID, camera, and sunglasses
Gratuity: Tips for your instructor are not included but appreciated
Restrooms: Available at the check-in location
