ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Arrive 15–20 minutes early at the wildlife center to check in and receive your wristband. Staff will guide you to the sloth encounter area.
GUIDED INTRODUCTION
Your guide will introduce you to the sloths and share interesting facts about their diet, lifestyle, and natural habitats.
MEET THE SLOTHS
Spend 30–45 minutes in the sloth enclosure under the supervision of trained animal experts. Depending on their activity levels, you may get a chance to interact with Jubilee, Jovial, or Navidad.
PHOTO & WRAP-UP
Wrap up with a photo opportunity. Be sure to stop by the gift shop for sloth-themed souvenirs.
Arrival & Check-In
• Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes prior to your scheduled time
• Check-in at the main entrance/ticket booth and follow signs to the animal encounter zone
• Late arrivals may not be accommodated due to the structured format of the experience
