• Introduction to Instructor:
  Upon arrival, you’ll be introduced to your instructor, who will take the time to understand your experience level and any specific goals you have for the lesson.
• Wetsuit Fitted:
  After the introduction, you’ll be fitted with a wetsuit to ensure your comfort and warmth in the water, providing you with all the necessary equipment for the lesson.
• Briefing on Shore:
  Your instructor will give a detailed briefing onshore, covering surf safety, how to handle your surfboard, and the basics of paddling and positioning. This step ensures you’re well-prepared before heading into the water.
• Technical Practice on Shore:
  Before hitting the waves, you’ll practice key techniques on the shore. This will include movements like popping up from lying down to standing on the surfboard, helping you gain confidence in the basics.
• Practical Instruction in the Water:
  Once you're comfortable with the basics, you’ll head into the water for hands-on instruction. Your instructor will guide you through the process of catching waves, helping you stand up, and offering valuable tips for improving your balance and technique.

The lesson plan above is a guideline, as private lessons are tailored to the individual. If you are a beginner, you’ll use special soft boards designed for training purposes, making it easier to balance and catch waves safely.
