Overview

Step behind the sushi bar and into the world of precise technique and thoughtful creativity. In this immersive class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sushi-making—from seasoning the perfect rice to mastering the subtle art of rolling with confidence and control.

Guided by a professional chef, you'll begin with the essentials: classic spicy tuna rolls, expertly layered and tightly wrapped. Then, take the reins and design your own signature roll, experimenting with textures, flavors, and presentation. Crisp vegetable tempura and a silky dipping sauce provide the perfect contrast, while a refreshing yuzu and mint soda balances the savory—rounding out the meal with a vibrant twist.

This is more than just a cooking class—it’s an opportunity to refine your skills, discover new ingredients, and engage deeply with one of Japan’s most respected culinary traditions.
