All participants must be at least 5 years old and able to swim. Full safety briefing provided before entering the water. Lessons typically last 2 hours including equipment setup and water instruction time. All equipment including SUP board, paddle, wetsuit, and safety gear is provided. Participants should bring swimwear, towel, water bottle, and sunscreen. Closed-toe water shoes recommended but not required. Weather conditions may affect lesson scheduling with rescheduling available for unsafe conditions. Online booking required with discounted rates only available through website portal, not via phone bookings. Maximum weight limit of 250 pounds for safety reasons. Pregnant women and individuals with serious medical conditions should consult physician before participating.
