Experience the magic of flight as the sun rises over Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Begin your day at dawn in Newberg, where colorful giants come to life before your eyes. Take part in inflating these 100-foot balloons, then lift off into crisp morning air. Drift over vineyards, farmland, and the winding Willamette River, with distant volcanic peaks framing the horizon.
This hands-on adventure offers around an hour in the sky, followed by a smooth landing and return to the launch site.
Arrival and Check-In
Arrive at the designated launch site at the scheduled time, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by your pilot and crew.
Pre-Flight Orientation
Meet your pilot and crew, participate in a comprehensive safety briefing, and enjoy watching the fascinating process of balloon inflation as your adventure begins to take shape.
The Flight Experience
Take to the skies for approximately one hour, gliding over the Willamette Valley’s scenic vineyards, farmland, and river views. On clear mornings, admire distant volcanic peaks and capture spectacular photographs from above.
Landing and Celebration
Upon landing, join your fellow passengers and crew in deflating the balloon, followed by a celebratory toast to mark the adventure.
Departure
Return to the launch site with the crew, concluding your unforgettable hot air balloon experience.

What to Bring
Location
1050 Commerce Parkway, Newberg, OR 97132 – about 35 minutes south of Portland in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.
Group Size
4–10 passengers per balloon; up to 6 balloons may fly together for larger groups.

All flights are operated by FAA-certified commercial balloon pilots with years of safe flight experience.
Weather and Cancellation
Flights are weather-dependent; safety is our top priority. In case of cancellation, guests may reschedule or receive a refund.
