Overview

Dive into a world where bamboo mats become your canvas, and rice, nori, and wasabi are your palette. In this immersive sushi-making class, you won’t just learn the techniques—you’ll feel them. The warm stickiness of seasoned rice between your fingers, the clean snap of cucumber beneath your knife, the gentle roll and press that transforms simple ingredients into edible elegance.

Your journey begins with the bold, briny kick of a Spicy Tuna Roll, followed by your own freestyle creations—rolled with flair, stuffed with color, and entirely your own. Then, the sizzle begins: golden veggie tempura crisping in the pan, paired with a savory dipping sauce that hits every note. To refresh your palate, you’ll craft a glass of yuzu and mint soda—cool, citrusy, and sparkling with a hint of surprise.

Every bite is a memory in the making; every sip, a punctuation mark of delight. Whether you're rolling solo or side by side with someone special, you’ll leave with more than just food—you’ll take home a story you shaped with your own hands.
