Led by a professional chef, you'll start with a perfectly balanced spicy tuna roll, then try your hand at crisp cucumber rolls and colorful veggie hand rolls—all crafted to match your personal taste and style. Whether you're new to sushi, brushing up on skills, or just in the mood for a fun gathering, this class delivers a relaxed, flavor-packed experience. 
Sip on refreshing yuzu mint soda, savor creamy matcha ice cream, and enjoy the culinary experience built around creativity, craft, and seriously good bites.

  • A chef-led sushi-making experience lasting 2 to 2.5 hours.
  • Prepare a delicious three-course menu featuring:

  • All ingredients, tools, and aprons are provided for your convenience.

  • With a small group size of 1 to 15 guests, you'll receive plenty of hands-on guidance throughout the class.

Total Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours, including both cooking and shared dining.

Class Format Includes:

  • Greetings from the chef and a brief overview of sushi basics.
  • Jump right in with hands-on practice, learning key skills such as seasoning rice and making spicy tuna rolls.
  • You’ll work in groups of four, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Savor the sushi you create together in a warm, casual atmosphere.
  • There will be plenty of moments to snap photos of your beautiful sushi throughout the class.

Group Size: Limited to a maximum of 15 participants for a personalized and intimate experience.
