Overview

Have you ever dreamed of experiencing flight with nothing but the wind beneath your wings? This full-day introductory paragliding lesson gives you the chance to learn, launch, and lift off all in your very first session.

No experience is needed, just a sense of adventure and a willingness to try something new. Under expert guidance, you’ll learn how to unpack and inspect your glider, practice safe takeoffs, steer mid-air, and land smoothly on gentle training slopes.

You’ll begin on flat ground, mastering the basics step by step, and progress to short solo flights from increasingly higher elevations as your confidence builds. By the end of the day, you’ll have completed your first real flights and discovered what it feels like to glide through the air using only wind, gravity, and skill.

You’ll never forget the feeling of lifting off the ground and flying freely, even for just a few thrilling seconds, as you experience the purest form of aviation in a beautiful natural setting.

  • Includes 4–6 hours of instruction and hands-on training
  • Learn the basics from a certified instructor
  • Build confidence and develop essential paragliding skills in a safe, supportive environment
  • Weather permitting, complete your first low-altitude solo flight by the end of the session
  • No prior experience required—perfect for total beginners
  • Paragliding is the simplest form of human flight
  • A paraglider is a foot-launched, non-motorized inflatable wing
  • Easy to transport, launch, and land
  • Pilots are seated in a comfortable harness, soaring silently on natural air currents

Arrival & Check-In
Arrive at the designated training site, where you'll meet your instructor and fellow students. After check-in, you’ll receive a safety briefing and a rundown of the day’s schedule.

Gear Orientation
Learn how to unpack, inspect, and set up your paraglider. Your instructor will introduce you to the equipment, including harness, wing, and helmet, and walk you through a full preflight check.

Ground Handling Practice
Start training on a gentle slope to practice inflation, control, steering, and landing techniques. You'll learn how to manage your wing, control your body posture, and prepare for takeoff.

Progressive Flight Drills
As your skills improve, you’ll move to slightly steeper slopes for short, low-altitude solo flights. Your instructor will guide you through each stage to ensure comfort and safety.

First Solo Flights
If conditions and your progress allow, you'll complete multiple short flights by day’s end—lifting off the ground and experiencing the true sensation of free flight.

Wrap-Up & Debrief
The day concludes with a review of your progress and recommendations for next steps if you’d like to continue your paragliding journey.
