Arrival & Tour Details
• Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled tour time for orientation and harnessing
• The 10-zipline canopy tour takes approximately 1–2 hours, depending on group size
• Tours depart promptly on the hour

What to Wear
• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
• Closed-toe shoes (required)
• Long hair must be tied back; avoid dangling jewelry
• Shorts must provide coverage under harness straps
• In cold weather: wear layers, long pants, and gloves (gloves provided)
• In warm weather, breathable clothing is recommended

Safety & Health Requirements
• Maximum participant weight: 250 lbs
• Waist size must not exceed 44 inches
• Minimum waist size: 22 inches (typically fits ages 3 and up)
• Pregnant individuals are not permitted to zipline
• Participants must be able to climb stairs and fit into a harness unassisted
• All guests must sign a digital waiver before participating

Age & Supervision
• No minimum age as long as the child is potty-trained, walking, and fits in the harness
• Smaller children may ride tandem with a trained guide if they can’t use the hand brake
• Paintball park requires participants to be at least 12 years old
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult per 4 minors)

Tour Experience
• Over a mile of ziplines across 10 courses, ranging from 100 ft to 1,100 ft in length
• Reach speeds up to 50 mph on the "super-zip"
• Each guest uses a BrakeHawk® hand brake to control speed
• Guides are trained to safely catch guests if needed

What to Bring
• Phone or camera (must be securely stored—photos only on platforms or ground)
• Zippered pockets or request a net pouch for personal items
• Optional: Rent a GoPro helmet and purchase the memory card for souvenir footage
